Fixit Technical Services LLC provides on-site appliance inspection, repair, and maintenance services.

Due to the nature of our services, refunds and cancellations are handled based on service stage and work completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Technician Dispatch

  • Customers may cancel a booking free of charge if cancellation is made before technician dispatch.

After Technician Dispatch

  • If cancellation is requested after the technician is dispatched, a service/inspection fee may apply.

On-Site Cancellation

  • If a customer cancels the service after the technician arrives, an inspection or visit charge will be applicable.

3. Refund Policy

Inspection Services

  • Inspection/diagnosis fees are non-refundable once the technician has completed the visit.

Repair Services

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Service was paid but not delivered
  • Duplicate payment was made

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed repair services
  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Issues caused by factors outside our control (e.g., electrical faults, misuse)

4. Spare Parts & Materials

  • Any spare parts used during repair are non-refundable once installed
  • Warranty (if provided) will be applicable instead of refunds

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (if applicable)

6. Rescheduling

  • Customers can request rescheduling subject to availability
  • Advance notice is recommended to avoid cancellation charges

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate service details
  • Be available at the scheduled time
  • Ensure access to the appliance

Failure to do so may result in cancellation charges.
